This list of weak stocks may prove useful in selecting short candidates and in identifying weak sectors.  
The algorithms used are found in many of the Whisper tickers that run live during the day.  The criteria 
for this stock selection stems from Paul Umansky’s trading methods.

The stocks selected in the report are generated using the following algorithm:

• Stock must have had at least one times the eight-day average trading volume

• Stock made a new daily low in the last hour of trading

• Stock closed below the eight 15 minute period price average

• Stock closed in the bottom 10% of its daily price range

• Stock closed lower than yesterday

• Stock closed with at least 500,000 shares of volume

• Stock has a price greater than ten

This report is sorted such that stocks with the greatest volume versus their eight-day average volume are first on the list.
