Change In Interest Rates!!!
Effective 1/03/2005 the CIP and PC2 Bank Insured Fund rates will change as follows:
Credit (CIP) will move from 1.10% to 1.20%.
PC2 Bank Insured Fund will move from 1.25% to 1.35%
The Margin Base Rate will remain 6.15%.

ArcaEx To Extend ETF Trading Hours to 4:15 pm EST
Effective 12/28//04ArcaEx will extend the core trading session for certain ETF securities to 4:15 pm EST. All core session trading rules and functionality will also be applicable until 4:15 pm EST for those securities. All orders in the subject securities designated for the core trading session will not be cancelled until 4:15 pm ET. Orders designated for the late trading session will queue and be eligible for trading at 4:15 pm EST. Trades that execute after 4:15 pm EST will be marked ".T" on the consolidated tape.

NASDAQ - 100 Index Tracking Shares - Anticipated Cash Dividend
The Microsoft component of NASDQ 100 Index Tracking Shares ("QQQQ") will distribute
cash per trust share to QQQQ Holders. The record date is December 21,2004; payable date
is December 31,2004. The ex-distribution date is Friday, December 17,2004.
Transfer of NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockR (QQQ) to NASDAQR.
Effective December 1, 2004 NASDAQ(r) will transfer the listing of the NASDAQ-100 Index
Tracking Stock(r) (QQQ) to NASDAQ from Amex. The new ticker symbol on NASDAQ
will be "QQQQ". Though ArcaEx will provide a seamless transition for QQQ there are
differences in the market structure and the way ArcaEx processes listed and OTC stocks.
